Rosemarie T. Ottomanelli is a consultant with over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, risk and integrated areas. Prior to founding AVID LLC she was a consultant with various firms including Arthur Andersen (structured finance). Rosemarie was recruited by NYU, CUNY and Cornell to teach Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Market Analysis, Securitization and related courses.


Rosemarie's early career appointments includes:  the New York State HFA as Project Finance Officer and previously as an Asset Manager. Rosemarie was the Lead Researcher and Project Manager for the Manufactured Housing Cooperative Fund Program. Additionally, she was a Researcher and Housing Inspector for the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development Section 8 Rental Assistance Program in Rural Areas - a published nationwide qualitative and quantitative research study.


She is a past Vice President of The International Real Estate Federation (“FIABCI”) – NY Council and a contributor to Brueggeman’s Real Estate Finance & Investments (McGraw-Hill/Irwin).


Rosemarie holds a BA in Sociology (Statistics) from Wagner College, MA in Sociology (Research Methodology & Statistical/Data Analysis) from Appalachian State University and a MS in Real Estate [Development & Investment (finance) and Valuation & Analysis (appraisal)] from New York University.
